~ ~ ~ PURPOSE ~ ~ ~ this subroutine calculates salt mineral precipitation-dissolution reactions in gwflow cells. Called from gwflow_chem when gwsol_minl == 1.
NOTE: Currently stubbed -- the salt mineral subroutines (salt_ionic_strength, salt_act_coeff, salt_minl_caco3/mgco3/caso4/mgso4/nacl) exist in RTB's salt_chem_hru.f90 but were restructured in the current swatplusGW salt chemistry modules. Full mineral reactions will be available when the salt chemistry modules are reconciled.
